    Asked by: vu electric
The E-XCL2RRCW is compatible with the E-XHL1WG remote head, but many factors go into the installation of these fixtures. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-243-9445 to speak with our Technical Service Department. They may ask specific detailed questions about installation and application to try and troubleshoot why this may have happened.

I understand that the E-XHL series of outdoor remote heads will work on voltages like 3v, 6v, and 9v dc systems. Will these fixtures also work on 12 VDC systems?

    Asked by: CTRAL
This fixture is to be used only with 3.6V, 6V & 9V DC sources. Other variations of of installation would result in voiding the warranty.

Do you folks make a metal outdoor emergency light fixture that will work on 12vdc systems? The remote heads we have are thermoplastic and everyone of them has broken and are now hanging by the wires.

    Asked by: CTRAl
We currently only offer the E-XHL1WG (single) and the E-XHL2WG (double) for standard wet-listed outdoor emergency lights.

Will this work with non LED EM/EXIT lights? I didn't see where I could pick the outdoor die cast model, any help is appreciated.

    Asked by: Matrik
We do not recommend using this fixture with non-LED exit and emergency light, as it has not been tested.

Another question, does the single head E-XHL1WG meet the requirements of NEC 700.16 or do you need to still install 2 heads? Thank You

    Asked by: jjh10
We do list these fixtures as meeting NEC codes, however you would need to check with your locatility to confirm that it meets this specific code.
