Is the 81/2" bolt pattern the distance between the studs in a square or diagonally ?

    Asked by: Mathew
Here is a copy of the actual not to scale measurements and template that is sent with our 4-inch steel square poles: http://www.e-conolight.com/pdf/Instructions/CI159X09.PDF. We hope this helps with the measurements. For additional questions, please call our customer service department at 1-888-243-9445.

Existing pole base is 10" square with 4 holes that are 6 3/4" between studs and 9 1/2" diagonally across. Can this configuration be ordered for a 25' steel 4" square pole? Do you make a cap for this 4" square pole ?

    Asked by: Mike R
We do not sell parts to the pole. These poles are manufactured per order. Pole caps and templates are standard parts that come with new orders. They are not able to be changed, and not available without a pole purchase.
