Orders received before noon (CT) containing all
In-Stock products are shipped the same
business day (M-F).

Information
Our state-of-the-art security measures protect customer information from being lost,
misused, or altered. Your information is encrypted to ensure its confidentiality.
All e-conolight customer information remains confidential. e-conolight does not sell
or otherwise provide customer information to any other business or organization.

Payment and Pricing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all
prepaid orders. We also accept ACH Debits. To use ACH
Debits, you must first contact customer service at
(888) 243-9445 and submit an Authorization Form.
All product prices are subject to change
and exclude shipping and handling costs and state
sales tax.

Tax Exempt Sales
Orders that are tax-exempt for resale or for tax-exempt organizations will be accepted

Shipping & Handling
Free shipping is available on orders of $250 or more. Shipping and handling is $10
on orders placed over the web that are less than $250 ($20 if placed by phone).
Shipments to AK or HI are subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

to place orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

Product Warranties
Fixtures, Fluorescent and HID lamps
come with a one-year warranty.
Quartz halogen lamps come with a
90-day warranty.
This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement
of e-conolight products. e-conolight reserves the right to change the warranty period
without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties
not stated in this limited warranty.

e-conolight fixtures, unless otherwise noted,
include lamp and a detailed instruction manual.
Please verify the lamp type, size and wattage before
ordering replacement lamps. Please verify the
voltage for your specific application before
ordering lighting fixtures. We reserve the right to
modify any of our products without prior notice and
without incurring obligation.
