that extension on back of bracket is that for a bolt to go thru pole?What size is the hole? What flood fixture will that fit? Looking to use a 400 watt flood. Thanks

The pole side is the side with two bolts shown. 5/16" is the hole size and would fit the E-HR4P40QZ
