Q. Do you have specification sheets for your products?
A. Complete product specifications are available on this website. Refer to the individual product pages and click on "More Specifications."

Q. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A. To place an order for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please call (888) 243-9445.

Q. Do you offer expedited services?
A. If you require expedited services, please call (888) 243-9445 to place your order. Additional freight charges will apply.

Q. Where can I find more information regarding installation of e-conolight products?
A. Instruction manuals are included with each fixture. You can also download instruction manuals from the product pages on our website. We recommend that a qualified electrician install the fixtures.

Q. How can I find out if my order shipped?
A. If you provide a valid e-mail address, order tracking information will be e-mailed to you when the order ships. You can also call us at (888) 243-9445, Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 5p.m. (CT).

Q. Are photocells available on all products?
A. Internal photocells are available on only those products (on our website) that are designed for factory installed photocells. For all other fixtures where a photocell is desired, install a remote mounted photocell (by other manufacturer).

Q. Do you offer lighting layout services?
A. e-conolight a lighting layout tool for your layout needs. Please refer to the Lighting Layout Tutorial for more information.

Q. Can I use a different lamp/wattage in my HID fixture?
A. No. The components used in an HID fixture are lamp/wattage specific. A MH lamp can only be used in a fixture with a MH ballast. The wattage is specific to the ballast as well. Our fixtures use industry standard lamps that are available anywhere.

Q. Can lamps for e-conolight products be purchased locally?
A. The HID, Fluorescent and Quartz Halogen lamps used in our products are standard lamps that can be purchased from local retailers and lighting suppliers. Please double-check the lamp type and wattage used in the fixture prior to purchasing.

Q. Do you offer volume discounts?
A. e-conolight does not offer volume discounts. Tiered pricing is available on most Linear Fluorescent fixtures. However, you can sign up for discounts and other web promotions here.

Q. Can I setup an account and be invoiced for my order?
A. You can apply for invoice terms here.

Q. How does MH compare to HPS?
A. The most obvious difference is color. HPS is a softer yellow/orange light, while MH produces a white light. HPS has better lamp life but MH has better CRI.

Q. Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive it?
A. Orders received before noon (CT) during normal business hours, on in-stock items, are shipped from the Midwest on the same day. You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Most orders ship via parcel. Please note: large orders, over 300 lbs. or large in volume, are shipped via common carrier and you are responsible for unloading.

Q. Do you offer more products than what's shown on this website?
A. Our website contains our complete product line. Watch for new products and sales.

Q. Do you sell replacement parts?
A. Lamps are available for purchase online or by calling our order line at (888) 243-9445. For any other replacement parts, including ballast replacement kits, please contact us.

Q. What do "typical mounting height" and "typical spacing" mean?
A. Typical mounting height is the range (in feet above grade) that the fixture should be mounted to provide optimum light distribution. Typical spacing is the measurement used (in multiples of mounting height) that two or more fixtures should be mounted apart from each other to achieve optimum light distribution.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. State sales taxes are levied on all orders. Orders that are tax-exempt for resale or tax exempt organizations will be accepted but not processed until a valid sales and use exemption certificate is received. Q. Where can I recycle lamps and batteries?
A. Find a lamp recycler in your area by visiting www.lamprecycle.org. Find a battery recycler in your area by visiting www.earth911.com.

  • Poles/Bullhorns - Free shipping (Expedited not available) (Ruud Lighting poles do not qualify for free shipping).
  • All orders that exceed $500 - Free shipping
  • Website orders less than $500 - $20 shipping and handling

  • All shipments are F.O.B. origin; product ownership passes to you when it leaves our factory.
  • Orders must ship to one location using the carrier of our choice to qualify for free shipping
Orders received before noon CST during normal business hours, on in-stock items, are shipped from the Midwest on the same day.  You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location.  Most orders ship UPS ground.  Larger orders may ship via common carrier and require you to be responsible for unloading.

Returns & Replacements
New products with their packaging intact may be returned within 90-days from the original purchase date with prior authorization from e-conolight.  Final credit from a return will be determined after the return product is inspected.  A minimum 20% restocking fee will be assesed on all returns to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities.  The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns.  Poles, bullhorns, and some linear fluorescents are custom made and cannot be returned.

Orders received before noon (CT) that contain all in-stock products will ship same business day (M-F).
Please double-check the lamp type, size and wattage before ordering replacement lamps and verify the voltage for your specific application before ordering light fixtures.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted for all prepaid orders.  We also accept ACH debits.  To use ACH you must first contact Customer Service at (888) 243-9445 and submit an Authorization Form.
All product prices are subject to change and exclude shipping and handling and state sales tax.  e-conolight does not offer invoice terms.  Volume discounts are available on linear fluorescent products only.
