Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great floodlight These lights are very bright, they throw a lot more light a lot farther than a 400W metal halide does.

I am trying to light up a United states flag that's 60' up. The light will be mounted about 8' off the ground.  Is this enough light to light the flag up good?

    Asked by: Jack p
There are a lot of variables for this. You would want the highest output to reach that 60' up. This series would be the best for that high output that we have, but you would want to go for our spot version of this fixture, the E-HL9S series. Located here: http://www.e-conolight.com/high-output-led-floodlight-37-22-200-lumens-e-conolight.html?cct=5251#configtop The second thing to think about is the both the ambient light around the flag and how bright you want it. Just due to the height it wouldn't be as bright so if you want that large emphasis on the flag it might not be enough. You could go for two fixtures to compensate for that otherwise if its in a dark area it might work on its own.

Unfortunately, these fixtures are currently discontinued. We are working on improving our product and creating a new generation. For a limited time we still have the E-HL9F30NSZ in stock for more immediate needs.
