Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Photo eyes I buy these photo eyes for there long leads.A lot of my poles the hole is drilled 8" down this makes it a little harder to slide the eyes in with all the wires in the pole. People don't know you should install a drip loop so the moisture does not run in the black box

Are your photo cells rated for LED fixtures?

    Asked by: johntsusang
Our button photocells are voltage specific, and work with most LED fixtures. These photocells can be used on most fixtures up to, not exceeding 1000W. Please make sure the fixture is rated to be used with a photocell. Not all fixtures are recommended to be used with photocells. For additional questions, please call our customer service department at 1-888-243-9445.

    Asked by: TomJ
This photocell can be used with the E-WP6L03NZ. Photocell is field installed. Drilling of the back box in the field is required. Here is the spec sheet for that specific wall pack: http://www.e-conolight.com/pdf/SpecSheets/eco_spc_wp6_series.pdf. All of the compatible accessories are listed on the last page.

just purchased this photocell...what is that cover for with the little hole in it?

    Asked by: boova
I am not entirely sure the part you are referring to, but the cover is referred to as the photocell shield. This part is shown on the third page of the instructions. The purpose of the photocell shield is to help control the sensitivity of the photocell sensor. In other words, the shield helps control the amount of light it lets in to the sensor. Here is a copy of the instructions: http://www.e-conolight.com/pdf/Instructions/CI269X01.pdf For additional questions, please utilize our WebChat or call our customer service at 1-888-243-9445 for faster assistance.

I just installed 8 E-AL3L all with their own EF1L photocell. All of the lights blink on and off. They are on all four sides of the bldg so it is not an issue of facing the wrong direction. Off in day on at night they on and off, stay lit less then a min.
