Do you have. Motion detector option that could be used In place of the optional photo cell?

This fixture is not intended to be used with a motion sensor. Since this fixture has not been tested to work successfully with a motion sensor, installing one would void any associated warranty.

What is it a mount or a surface light

What are the dimensions on the rear of the fixture for the portion that connects to the wall? We need to replace an existing wallpack and will need to provide a cover plate for the wall.

Is this unit California Title 24 compliant?

This fixture is not Title 24 compliant in a residential application. However, in a commercial application it is energy efficient, which makes it more versatile in meeting the zonal power consumption restraints determined by Title 24.
