Shipping and Handling

• We offer free shipping within the contiguous 48 states on all orders that exceed $250
• Orders must ship to one location using the carrier of our choice to qualify for free shipping
• Orders from Alaska and Hawaii - Call to place order. (888-243-9445)
• Expedited service orders - Call to place order. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply
• Website orders less than $250 - $10 shipping and handling
• Telephone orders less than $250 - $20 shipping and handling
• Poles/Bullhorns - Free shipping (Expedited not available)
• All shipments are F.O.B. origin; product ownership passes to you when it leaves our factory
• Additional charges will be assessed when changing a shipment's destination
• The customer is responsible for unloading goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment readily available at the shipment destination
• In the event only some of the products are in stock at the time the order is placed, we will ship the in-stock product immediately and the backordered items will ship via ground shipping service at no additional charge, when stock is replenished

Orders received before noon CT during normal business hours, on in-stock items, are shipped from the Midwest on the same day.  You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location.  Most orders ship UPS ground.  Larger orders may ship via common carrier and require you to be responsible for unloading.
