Hi , Do you have dark color for the canopy? Thank you.

Asked by: Alex777
Our 400W PSMH Low Bays are not available in a dark color. However, we do offer LED Low Bays with an aluminum reflector: http://www.e-conolight.com/indoor-lighting/high-low-bay/led-low-bay-aluminum-reflector-8000-lumens.html?cct=5251#configtop

E-LB2P40Q: If someone installed non-pulse start lamps in these fixtures, will it damage the ballast and/or capacitor? I have a customer that has done this, and the non-pulse lamps aren't lighting up.

Asked by: judpa
This fixture is likely not working because it needs to be used with a PSMH, open-rated lamp.

As a previous customer asked, how is this light wired? I see 5 white wires and a ground wire. I want to wire this to 240V, but I don't see any special markings on the wires or in the instruction manual. Where can I find a wiring diagram?

Asked by: dan1
The diagram has been sent to the email on file.
