Return and Replacement
New, uninstalled products with their packaging intact may be returned within 90-days from the original purchase date with prior authorization from e-conolight. Final credit from a return will be determined after the return product is inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning a product, use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns. Poles, bullhorns and linear fluorescents are custom made and cannot be returned.
