Oh, and if you’re planning on ordering replacement lamps, make sure to double-check the lamp type, size, and wattage first. Also, for specific applications, checking the correct voltages that you’ll need will help save you tons of time in the long run.

Shipping & Handling
If only some of your items are in stock at the time you place your order, we’ll ship out those items right away. Then, as soon as backordered products become available, they’ll ship out to you via ground shipping service, at no additional charge.
- If your order’s $500 or over, shipping’s the best thing ever: Free. That’s within all contiguous 48 states, and orders have got to ship to just one location, using a carrier we pick.
- If an order is less than $500, we tack on a small 10% shipping and handling fee, with a $9.95 minimum, but the most you’ll ever pay for shipping and handling is $20.
- If you live in either Hawaii or Alaska: First of all, we’re jealous, and second, please call 888-243-9445, so we can help you place your order.
- If you need your products delivered ASAP, please call us so we can help you place your order and speed things up. You may have to pay a little more for shipping, but if it’s worth it, it’s worth it.
- Poles/Bullhorns prices include shipping and handling costs, but those particular fixtures aren’t able to be expedited. Sorry, poles and bullhorns.
- All shipments are F.O.B. No, that’s not a rude word. But as soon as your product leaves our factory, know that it’s officially yours. Congrats, by the way.
- If you need to change where your package ships to, you may need to pay extra for that.
- Make sure you have all the equipment you’ll need to unload your products once they’re delivered. That’s all on you.
- If only some products are in stock when you place your order (don’t you hate that?), we’ll ship the in-stock products to you ASAP. All backordered products will then ship out via ground service as soon as they’re available, and you – rightfully – won’t get charged again for shipping.
Shipping Lead Times
Orders received before noon CT during normal business hours, on in-stock items, are shipped from the Midwest on the same day. You can expect delivery within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Larger orders may ship via common carrier and require you to be responsible for unloading.

Tax Exempt Sales
We charge state sales tax on all orders. (We know; we hate it, too) You can submit a tax-exempt order, but to do that, we’ll need a valid Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. Send your certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org, Or, if you want to mail or fax it:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for all prepaid orders. To apply for NET30 terms, please submit the appropriate Credit Authorization Form.
